Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. That’s why we’ve created a fair and transparent Returns & Refunds Policy, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.
1. Changed Your Mind? (Cooling-Off Period)
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to change your mind about a product you bought online. This is your legal right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included.
- You’ll need to cover the return courier cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
2. Returning a Non-Defective Product (After 7 Days)
We accept returns of unused, non-defective products after the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis.
- A handling/restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
- The product must still be in resalable condition.
To request a return, email us within 14 days of delivery.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If we sent you the wrong product, or something is missing:
- Let us know within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- Do not open or use the incorrect item.
- We’ll arrange free collection and send the correct item ASAP.
4. Faulty or Defective Products (Within 6 Months)
Under the Consumer Protection Act, if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not what was described, you have the right to repair, replacement, or full refund within 6 months.
Steps:
- Email us with a description and photo/video.
- We'll inspect the item. If approved: repair / replace / refund.
- If rejected: we’ll explain why and return the item at your cost.
5. How to Log a Return
1. Email our team with your order number, reason for return, and media.
2. We’ll issue a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number).
3. Drop off or courier the item. Pack securely with the RA number.
6. When Returns May Be Rejected
Returns may be rejected if:
- The item was misused, damaged, or altered.
- Missing packaging or accessories.
- The issue occurs after warranty expiry.
- The item is excluded (software, hygiene products, etc).
7. Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds are via original payment method.
- EFTs may be refunded to your bank account on request.
- Store credits or vouchers refunded in kind.
8. Product Warranties
All products include a 6-month statutory warranty.
Some products carry up to 1-year manufacturer warranties.
Post-6 months, we can assist with warranty support if needed.
